Code of Conduct
At Dreams on the Rocks, we are committed to creating a space that is safe, respectful, and welcoming for all. We celebrate weirdness, queerness, and creative risk but never at the expense of consent, dignity, or inclusion.
We do not tolerate harassment, discrimination, or abusive behavior in any form. This includes but is not limited to homophobia, racism, transphobia, ableism, misogyny, and any conduct that undermines the well-being of our artists, staff, or audience.
By participating in our events, productions, or community spaces, you agree to uphold these values. Let’s keep the drama onstage and the respect everywhere else.
If you witness or experience a violation of this code, please contact our team. We take all concerns seriously and will respond with care and accountability.
Artistic Intent & Respect
Our shows often lean into parody, satire, and camp, pushing boundaries with humor, horror, and theatrical excess. While we embrace creative irreverence, we do so with deep respect for the communities, cultures, and identities we reference. We aim to punch up, not down, and we encourage our audiences to engage with our work through a lens of curiosity, critique, and care. If something doesn’t land, we want to hear about it, and we’re committed to learning, adjusting, and growing.
