Diversity & Accountability
At Dreams on the Rocks, we believe that weirdness thrives where diversity is celebrated. Since 2014, we’ve been committed to uplifting queer voices, championing female artists, and building a theater space where difference isn’t just welcomed, it’s essential.

We actively work to dismantle systems of oppression within our organization and productions. This means interrogating our own practices, listening deeply, and holding ourselves accountable when we fall short. We prioritize transparency, consent, and care in all aspects of our work, from casting to community engagement to backstage culture.

Our commitment to equity is ongoing. We welcome feedback, we own our mistakes, and we strive to grow in public, not just in theory, but in practice.

Weird. Queer. Accountable. That’s the dream.
